Indian PM condemns terrorist attack in Paris

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi Wednesday condemned the terrorist attack in a magazine headquarters in central Paris the same day, terming it as " condemnable and despicable" act, and said India's solidarity is with the people of France.

"Condemnable and despicable attack in Paris," Modi tweeted, after learning the terrorist attack in which two gunmen opened fire in the offices of French satirical weekly Charlie Hebdo in central Paris.

"Our solidarity (is) with the people of France. My thoughts are with families of those who lost their lives," the Prime Minister said.

At least 12 people were killed in the attack.
